Hardware Requirements:
If you are learning 3D and Digital Art software, your computer (Mac or Windows) must be powerful enough with a dedicated graphics card to process them without lagging. If you are unsure or want suggestions on hardware, I am happy to help! -
Billing & Payment Options:
Services can be funded through two primary pathways:
• Self-Determination Program (SDP / FMS): As a licensed business, I process invoices directly through your Financial Management Service, making authorization and scheduling simple and efficient. Please Note: SDP is only available to clients registered with the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) / Regional Center network. • Private Pay / Direct Invoicing: Invoices are issued bi-weekly or monthly based on our agreed schedule. -
Session Structure & Scheduling:
Sessions are flexible to accommodate each student's needs and schedule. Most students meet for 2 hours per session, with brief periodic breaks included to keep sessions engaging and productive. Custom session lengths can also be arranged based on availability. -
Attendance & Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Per state/Regional Center guidelines, FMS funding cannot be billed for unrendered hours. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require direct billing to retain your weekly time slot.
